When the directors of our condominium corporation needed to sell our superintendent suite we interviewed a number of real estate professionals and we are very pleased that we engaged Christopher and his team. What was a rather beat-up, un-cared for suite became a minor gem, thanks to the refresh new engineered wood flooring, repainting, cleaning etc. and furniture staging his team provided as part of their basic service only the construction costs were paid by the corporation. I think I can speak on behalf of all directors and all 127 owners in the condominium corporation in stating that Christopher did a great job. Working with Chris and his team was a great experience. Not sure you can find someone with more knowledge and insight into the condo market. Selling was very stress free experience. Chris made sure every detail was taken care of and that our unit was shown as best as possible. Buying with Chris was also great.
