I am so glad I retained Bonnie Byford to handle the sale of my parents' home in Toronto. Richard and Susan walked me through every detail of the process, from legalities, pricing, and staging through advice on what churches were having rummage sales and wanted donations. The sale itself went smoothly and quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I only left 2 instead of 1 stars because someone actually picked up the phone... I only saw one for sale sign of this company in Leaside, but I still called because I called all the companies I saw with for sale signs. They wouldn’t give me any neighborhood stats without giving them my address, and when I said I was more comfortable halving a first meeting at a coffee shop instead of my home they said it was basically a waste of time.
