We got a couples massage and falls view tub soak. The massages were good, but overpriced. But the tub wasn't working. The jets were making loud noises and kept turning on and off on one side and never worked on the other. I got out to tell the girl and she said she would get someone, but no one ever came after I waited a while. So I got back in and went without the jets. When I got out, I again let her know the jets were broken. Megan told me she never got anyone because she "could hear it running."  We explained again that the motor was making loud noises, but it wasn't pushing water. For what I paid, I expected it to work. They never offered a credit or anything to remedy. She simply said, "I'll make a note. We will have to call an electrician". Some sort of courtesy would have been appreciated. They simply didn't care that the jets failed to work. The hotel the spa is in is nice, but I wouldn't return to this spa again. The view is great, but it is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I wasn't pleased with how they handled the situation with the broken jets at all.  We should have stopped at the massages and saved our money.

Had two amazing experiences at the spa. Had a pedicure and the Thai Foot Massage. Just a lovely spa and great place to relax. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both treatments were lovely and the view is stunning. I would highly recommend the spa to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing!!! Exactly what we needed. The view is awesome and the service is great. Anne and Andrew gave amazing relaxation massages. The private tub was incredibly relaxing. Great job to everyone that works there and thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

Very well managed! Our girls were hilarious and provided a friendly, fun, relaxing environment for our manis/pedis. You also get to have everything done while you look out onto the Falls, which was awesome! The deep tissue massage was also amazing. I could have stayed on that table all day! When a mistake was made with our booking, the manager went out of her way to make it right with a discount for the inconvenience and goodie bags as a thank you for our patience. Thank you for a great day, Christienne!
