Everything went smoothly and as planned which is the best you can hope for during a usually stressful transaction, plus he has great photographer and lawyer (Jason Khong in my instance) contacts. Chris helped me find my first home, and it is nothing short of amazing. Over a number of months, he was very helpful willing to take numerous trips into Vancouver to do viewings and open houses. Amazing knowledge and advice when it came to finding the right place.
