We have regretted using Justin and Trace for our Real estate needs. Trace stated a price for our condo saying it will attract buyers, I said it was not high enough but took from her what turned out to be very bad advice. We trusted her judgment after all she is supposed to be the expert we were paying for. At no time were we asked what price we wanted for our corner suite . The offers we received were at her pricing and we were told were at the buyers maximum. We had already made an offer Trace presented and was accepted so little effort needed to get us a another home. We were blamed because we had not recalled the high price of transfer property tax which came as a shock when given the cost. I had asked in one email which Justin chose not to answer. All in All we were out of pocket on the whole deal Trace and Justin made their slice having paid them 2.5% At our ages I had said We wanted a good deal in order to help my Children while still here. With a low mortgage was compelled to get a loan using same as collateral in order to help our kids with no thanks to Justin and Trace .
This Real Estate office has been at this location for about 2 years, with no plans of moving. Nice friendly receptionist. I did say "I always like a business, especially when the customer is greeted with a smile". I also did say I wasn't in the market just now, but now I know where Macdonald Realty is. Thanks .....
Lisa is extremely rude and unprofessional. She tried to steal my great grandfathers breathing tube for “science experiments”. God only knows what that means.
I had a horrible experience dealing with Anne Hermary, she is very unprofessional and rude. This review does not even deserve one star as I could not believe she works with this company. I called her with some inquires, and she proceeded to rush me off the phone after hearing my accent, she told me to learn English and call back. I have never in my life experienced such discrimination, especially in Canada. My wife and children are Canadian born and have no trouble understanding me. I may have an accent but I've never had any trouble corresponding with people in English. Canada is a multicultural county, and especially doing business you should be smart enough to be respectful of everyone and patient when dealing with potential clients as her living is based off of making money from clients. I would never recommend this lady to anyone, this company should reconsider who they have hired. If this company belongs to Anne Hermary, this would be even more disappointing, that the owner of this company has such low standards when it comes to respect and business.
