Bernie and his staff listen carefully to what we want, take care only to show us what matches our needs, and never, ever put pressure on us to buy. They give great advice and the follow-thorough on all the little (and big details) of buying and selling are timely and accurate. For our home twice - they priced and marketed it with care and precision, respected our privacy in the process of showing our homes - and got us a good price. I cannot speak more highly of them and their services - top notch and we recommend them to all our friends!

I first met Bernie Scholz when we moved into the area from overseas in 1996. We 'thought' we could find the perfect house to meet our European tastes and desired location for our young family. Bernie spend hours and hours showing us dozens of homes and in the end convinced us to build a custom house on raw land since our needs were so specific. It was the perfect advice. He connected us to a high quality builder and found us a perfect piece of land in West Elgin. 11 months later we moved into our new custom built dream home. We have since worked with Bernie to sell and buy several properties and referred him to family and friends. In each case Bernie exceeded expectations - able to find the perfect home for each unique case.
