Chopsticks Szechuan Chinese Restaurant

There are many Hakka Indian-Chinese restaurants in the GTA but this one is definitely a must visit! For the past 23 years, Choptsicks Szechuan still offer such delicious comfort food. I have been going to many different locations for hakka food yet this place is very special. I truly admired restaurants that keeps a great value to the community especially when it is a family owned with the same Chef for 23 years! The family work so hard, so welcoming and friendly. Currently they are not allowing dine-in only take out and they even bring out the food to your car.

Service was great, food was SUPER hot and fresh, fried rice medley was really good and steamy hot. Large portions. Total $24 Chicken balls were oily, tasteless and dry.

I have been going to this restaurant for 17 years and I will keep going for the rest of my life. Food is very tasty although the quantity has gone down over the years for the same price. It's not the best in quality either but if you want unique, tasty dishes this is the place for you. Edit: I still love this restaurant, and the owners. They work very hard and have served amazing food in the past. I don't know if it has taken a toll on them or if they lost the passion, because the food isn't the same anymore. There was an instance when we ordered the same dish twice in one sitting and they tasted completely different. We hesitate to go here again because the consistency in food quality is lacking. I still recommend this place for anyone wanting to try it for their first time!

I started going to this place about 12 years ago with co-workers at the time. I just went back last week and it's still as great as I remember! The owner is the same and she's ALWAYS super kind! She's very polite and always grateful for your business. She even gave me a free side order of steamed white rice when I was there, last. The food has been and still is great. There could have been more chicken in our order of broccoli and chicken, but the sweet and sour chicken was amazing and so was the egg fried rice. This place still deserves a 5-star rating because of how little changed over the years. I'll definitely go back.

It's the best desi chinese food restaurant. They have started dine in again. All the quality of food and service is the same that I remember from last 20 years. They have been in business for more than that. I strongly recommend to all those who are from Southeast Asia to find the taste of their native land Chinese food in Scarborough.

THIS is food for the soul. Chinese Hakka that is pure comfort food. I had to come here because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! Ordered takeaway and was greeted with such amazing hospitality by the owner of the restaurant. She has a passion for this food and you can surely taste it! The Chicken Fried Rice, Hakka noodles and the Chili Chicken are my go to, but all the dishes are so flavorful. If you are craving spicy, delicious, mouthwatering, flavorful home style Chinese Hakka, this is the place for you! Cant wait to go back again!

I go here often and have never been disappointed. The food is very reasonably priced and portions are a good size. The staff have always gone out of their way to ensure I enjoy my food. The vegetarian dishes are perfect, they have lunch specials and the customer service is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Chopsticks.

Food was great! Customer service was great! Had to drive a bit to get there as I live futher north, but the food tasted that good. Great portions as well.
