Chop Steakhouse & Bar

Solid food. Apps are great I always get the prime rib yorkies. Steak bites can be great if not overcooked. Tuna app is killer. Steaks on the entree side are respectable forms chain steakhouse. Decor and ambience is fun. If looking for a good time in the area, definitely recommend it. Similar to the Keg, just more stylish. Service maybe a little less. Enjoy.

I came here with my family (group of 10) to celebrate a couple birthdays. The service we received was some of the BEST service I have ever experienced and I have worked in the restaurant industry for years. Not only was all of our food cooked to perfection, the manager Rebecca also gave us some complimentary champagne and desserts at the end of our meal since we we're celebrating four birthdays - extremely nice gesture. The food and drink selection is great - the steak bites are a must try. The layout of the restaurant is very nice. We were sat in the dining room which was secluded but not completely isolated from the rest of the restaurant. I will definitely be back!

Had a reservation for 8:15, didn't get seated until 9:00. Both our steaks were a little bit salty, but otherwise good meal. Two "old fashioned" rang up as 30 dollars while the meal came to $150 everything in. Overall, I think I like the keg better. They did get us some steak pieces while waiting and served us drinks although we paid for them. Could've been better.

So I was expecting this place to be a step up from the keg. Seems to be the exact same. Nothing special. From the time we were seated to the apps was hour & a half. Our drinks took for ever as well. Finally got my steak & lobster add on. The steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly to my liking. But the lobster was raw when I got to the center. How gross. Wasn't very happy. It was the Valentine's weekend. So I will give this place a second chance.

Very busy Saturday night, didn't get seated till 8:15. Place is tucked away in a mall and not so easy to find for out-of-towners. Very nice waitress, worked hard to make sure the four of us were happy. Did we get everything we wanted ? She made sure. If a salad was missing, we had it in short order. Food was good, all Chop Houses I have been to share the highest quality. We were not rushed, had a good time (especially after the noise died down). Restaurant had a nice layout and would gladly go back.
