Our group of four had a delicious fish/chips dinner at this cozy family run restaurant on Saturday night. Large portions - especially the 'mountain' of onion rings! Service was excellent. Very friendly owner - our server was engaging and pretty funny! Prices are very reasonable. Our 4th or 5th time here. We used to go to English Bay - no longer. Bronte is the place to be!

They have been serving great fish and chips for 50 years at the same location and by the same family.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't like that I couldn't substitute fries ('chips') for onion rings and pay a little more. I had to buy a separate plate of onion rings (about $6). That being said the food was acceptable but not for the price.

Did a take out and they decided to put stale chips in the package. Not cool. So u saved a dollar or 2 but lost a customer. Silliness.
