Customer service is awful, food prep even worse. Have been going here for mobile orders for a couple of years They routinely have gotten wrong items in my order, with the latest being the last straw. 5 unordered unwanted ingredients on our food. On other instances the mobile order being fulfilled is running 30 minutes behind as there is a huge line awaiting food at the pick up shelves. Will opt to go to a further away chipolte, if I even have a desire to get it anymore.
I was the only person actually waiting for an order in the store and it still took me about 10 minutes to get it! I told them I had a pick up and they started making it. The guy making it was new this is not a problem and everyone left him alone. The guy on the register kept walking around texting on his phone. Someone came over to help the new guy make their coworker her bowl then left again! Then when the guy on the register came back, which his co-workers had to call him back over, he couldn't even be bothered to check if the entire order was right! It was wrong and missing things which I had to point out to him! Also there were too many people working at that time for a new hire to ever be left to figure things out!
Rude employees slapping food orders together and dirty food prep line. The health department would have a field day at this location. The girl fulfilling orders took her gloved hand and wiped the counter off and then proceeded to put the same hand into the cheese container to finish prepping my husband’s bowl. Customer service and health safety training required for all staff. Won’t be returning to this location.
This Chipotle was excellent! The employees were super friendly. The portions were exceptional. I ordered a burrito bowl keto style. It was delicious!
The tables were not clean. They were stingy with the ingredients. Meat had a surprise: hot sauce in it. Compared with other locations, this one? - the worst of all.Food: 2/5
Classic Chipotle burrito bowl was on point, however, the customer service could be improved. I asked for my receipt and the employee told me that they didn't have paper. I said that I could wait and the person said "well I don't even know if we have paper," and was asked I asked for my reciept. I gave up trying to get my reciept and just asked for the total again. Otherwise food was very good, and the restaurant was clean. Every other table was closed for social distancing.
horrible service, they gave me more sour cream then rice and the chicken was a mixture of chicken and barbacoa seems like everything is all mixed up will never go there again
TLDR: they mixed meat into a vegetarian burrito because they don't know anything about cross contamination and allegedly failed their last food safety audit. DO NOT step foot in this location. Go to the Butterfield Rd. location in Downers Grove if you are in the area, they are much better and cleaner. One of the burritos ordered was a vegetarian burrito with sofritas for someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet due to health concerns and moral reasons. Upon biting into the burrito there was clearly undercooked, pink beef in the burrito. This made the burrito completely inedible and also created an uncomfortable situation once the person realized they had accidentally eaten meat. When trying to contact the store to voice this complaint, the line disconnected as soon as I selected to speak with a team member. The order also was not completed until 30 minutes after the estimated time. I have never had any issues like this at the Butterfield Road location in Downers Grove, IL, and I have ordered from them tens of times over the years. This was a completely unnecessary upsetting situation that could have easily been avoided had the employees of this restaurant been properly trained on cross contamination. It makes me wonder what other health hazards they have going on behind the line.
I've been going here often, but yesterday they decided to throw half of the avocado in the guacamole . Both my fiancé and I got half of an avocado in our bowls. The avocado wasn't even tasty and it made the whole meal taste bad. Not sure if I'll return ‍
