If I could rate higher than 5 I would. I needed to get a gift card to our precious nephew who lives in Glen Ellen. He’s 12 and Javi’s is his favorite restaurant! He’s also not feeling the greatest these days so we wanted to encourage him. I tried to purchase on website and couldn’t. So today I called and spoke with Pablo. I was able to buy our great nephew a gift card so he can enjoy his fave burritos; and Pablo took it over to their house. He offered this before knowing how close it was. I’m in Atlanta. Thank you, Pablo, for making a little guy’s day. What great customer service
We got catering from Javi's this past weekend and everything was great! Pablo was nice and helpful when I placed the order and when I picked the food up, employees helped bring the food to the car and everything was covered/packaged great. The food was delicious and a huge hit! Highly recommend!
My go to place for take out Mexican food. I love the burritos. My kids love the quesadillas.
Great little Mexican restaurant. The salsas are flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The California burritos were so good. Great lil Mexican spot right in DT Glen Ellyn. The family who owns and runs Javi’s make great food fast.
Shrimp tacos were not good at all. Shrimp tacos should have medium shrimp not ones that are tiny. Salsa has no flavor and the salsa that comes with the chips is made from crushed tomatoes out of cans.
The taco salads here are so delicious. I'm not big on sea food but my girl friend says the fish tacos are the best she has ever had. No room for dinning so this is take out and delivery only. There is a bench you can sit on while waiting for your order however and the staff are polite and quick with your order. I order from here several times a month and will keep coming back. Thanks Javi's.
I was disappointed the last time I ordered from Javi's. The order was missing a burrito. That could have been my fault but when I caught the mistake which resulted in another 20 minute wait, they should have made the other burritos over. Yes, that would be a waste of food but I wouldn't let a regular customer who orders at least once a week 2-3 dinners walk out of my restaurant with soggy sandwiches. Not sure if I'm going to hold this against them and never return but this all could have been avoided.
Ordered off of grub hub everything was excellent! However my enchiladas I thought were suppose to be three ways and mine came stuffed with only cheese.. that was my only issue. Next time order I will write a note that I want them stuffed with the 3 meats advertised. Best place I’ve found around the area!
