They staff can be nice but other times it just seems like they are miserable. I understand that people have their own problems at home but you work in customer service. It's a people oriented job. The customer comes first above all, and in every customer service job I have ever had, you just learn to put a smile on and get through the day. People remember how they were treated. If they are treated well, they are more willing to go back to the same place they were treated well at, no matter where that place is. As for the food, it is always cold and nasty. We barely go to fast food and very rarely here, because it's nasty. And it's one of the more expensive fast food chains.
Food was just fine but the staff need better training and to care about the service they provide. I was in drive thru I ordered a #9. Should have been Chking deluxe meal but got a 9 piece chicken fries. Honest mistake. Drive thru was 8 cars deep so I parked and went inside. While the rest of my food is getting cold they make me the sandwich I ordered. I watch them just throw fry after fry burger after burger into bags with no care as to what they are doing to the food. I leave just to get back to my car and find they made me a regular chking sandwich instead of deluxe and half the fries spilled in the bag which didn't surprise me. Normally great place.
They're always out of something. I don't think I've placed an order here in the past 2 years that hasn't resulted in them saying they're out of some part of my order. The food is always cold. They're also the only restaurant in town that is STILL not open for dine-in. I only come here occasionally because my son likes BK, but I'm at the point that I'll start just bringing him to a BK in Puyallup instead of the Bonney Lake one.
Don't go here. Just don't. Waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. Guy at the window apologized and said there were only two employees working. Meanwhile, as he was speaking, I could hear 4 people in the back laughing and joking with each other. Regardless of the wait time, even my order came out wrong. I ordered a whopper, got a whopper with no lettuce, tomatoes, or cheese. When I came back in to get a correct burger I was told that my order was correct and so they wouldn't give me another burger. Yeah you got the sandwich correct. You just didn't make it correctly
Absolutely the worst BK location. This is now the 4th time the loyalty system has gone down, which is fine, but getting trapped for 15 minutes in the drive thru and being offered no solutions is infuriating. And then getting the same response from management is even worse. At the very least apologizing for us getting trapped in the drive thru would have made me less agitated when I'm just looking for dinner.
Absolutely terrible. If I could give them minus 5 stars I would. Can't get the order right every time. They frick you at the drive through and don't care about the customer. Then the food leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Have it your way ? No have it their way! Done with BK. Never againFood: 1/5
Do NOT come here if you to be treated with respect or actually eat the food you ordered. They contradict themselves and laugh at customers who come into complain about the way they were treated in the drive-thru...which what they do is close the window in your face when you ask about your order. Don't waste your time or money like I did.
I struggle with this location. ALOT. I want to like this spot. One thing for sure is I have to repeat my order at least once each time. And even after repeating, something always comes out wrong or missing. Additionally, many times, the food is cold. I’m just done. Cold breakfast sandwiches or chicken sandwiches mean they hold food in bins too long. Yuk. Even when you ask for fresh, NUPE. Gotta go. Not doin anymore. Also, open the damn lobby. The same number of employees inside and the what….. 1 more customer willing to wait patiently? Get things back to normal and fix the food and accuracy or close the shop.
I gave 2 stars cause they cooked me onion rings fresh as when i saw them in tray they looked terrible. I also ordered a bacon melt. It was gross. Not toasted which made it slimy aoft and falling apart. I checked online it was supposed to be toasted which would have been better. For 5.95 you would think you would get a sandwich worth the money. This was not even close. Some burger kings seems to care about food quality and customers. There just seems to be an attitude of uncaring here. This is my 3rd visit. Haven't been since last year thought I would try again with melt promo. Won't be back. This was my 3rd bad experience over about 3 years. If it's someone's job to improve quality... fire them cause they are not doing their job. I don't like giving bad reviews. Look at my others. I only do these when deserved.
They sure like to insult you intelligence when you order a fresh of the grill whopper and it was clearly anything but fresh off the grill. After numerous times you just give up and throw in white towel, ill just get a big mac.Food: 1/5
