I'm not sure why this location has only one person who can operate/work the to-go counter, and the one person Gage who's supposed to be working there is nowhere to be found for way longer than usual 15-20 minutes. Lastly, I ordered the Santa Fe Crispers salad and just look at the picture attached to see what they served us. Get new management and learn how to cook.
This is our second time visiting this chilis and we have no complaints. The food is good and the servers are really nice.
My server, Zae, was so patient, sweet, and accommodating. Despite working a 13+hr shift, they took great care of my friends and I by providing terrific service. The food was reasonable. I ordered the Caribbean salad with shrimp and the Santa Fe burger. The greens in the salad was a bit dated, but the burger was incredible, tasty and wholesome. Overall the experience met and fulfilled the needs of the evening for my friends and I and our expectations. Thank you Chili's!
I really used to like going to Chili's in Cheyenne, but after last trip I'll skip it when I'm in town again. The place was totally disorganized and not one table was clean after guest left. The floor wasn't swept and the restroom were very dirty. Ordered a couple bowls of soup and Southwestern rolls. The baked potato soup was stone cold when severed and the chicken tortilla soup was luke warm has well as the appetizers. The server was super nice but had to wait 20 minutes after eating to get our check and then I had to track her down. I know there is a shortage of workers and this is understandable but quality and service has really gone down hill at this restaurant
depending upon staffing this can be a great spot in cheyenne. food is pretty good, and drinks are better than decent. like stated b3fore depending upon staffing, this can be a great place for friendly and up beat service as well. you can't expect the waiting staff or cooks to split into multiple pieces.Food: 4/5
Appears they were short staffed, and our waitress was new, but she hustled her tail off to keep her tables as satisfied as possible. Food was okay, sat at the warmer a bit, but was tasty. Overall, a satisfying experience. IMHO, the restaurant could use a solid cleaning, top to bottom.Food: 4/5
Chili's burgers are some of the best in town! Done but not overcooked and very flavorful. Service was quick and accommodating even though she was pretty busy. Dietary restrictions: No salt added french fries and burgers are available upon request.
Took 1/2 hour to take our food order, another 10-20 for our chips. When our chips came out they were cold and soaked in grease. Sent them back for warm chips and waited another 10-20 minutes, nothing. We checked around the corner to see our waitress on her phone. We had two kids under 5 with us who were tired of waiting so we walked out….. the gm contacted us asking us to give them another chance and come in the following night so we did and everything was amazing! Service was friendly and paid attention to us! The food look and tastes picture perfect! By far the best experience we’ve had at a chilis. Gm mentioned he is new management and is working very hard to retrain employees and get the place running better
Service was amazing really great 10/10 the only problem we had was the food unfortunately could've been a little better and not so over cooked
We have always been satisfied at Chili's. We went for lunch and the portions were more than adequate. Took some home as well.
