Applebee's Grill + Bar

I like the deals on food and love the mucho margaritas. But customer service can be improved. My visit during Veterans’ Day 2021 wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was salt or maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server about it. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it’s noted. He took my drink but didn’t do anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Deals might come with a chipped glass and for sure the manager will take note on that.

Took my wife there for her birthday and she had a great time!! Food was perfect, staff were awesome. Also the wife really enjoyed the 5$ spring drink.

We went to dinner with friends and it turned into basically a midnight snack. The server forgot to order our appetizers we got those after our food which took almost 2 hours, came by and told us steaks had been dropped on the floor and were being remade, half of our drinks had to be remade or were taken off our check. The steaks once we got them were great, one of the other burgers wasn't made correctly either we ended up taking home because of how long it took to even get food. The manager did their best to smooth it over I just hope it was a bad night for the kitchen and staff and not the new normal..

I've not gone there in a while, but I decided why not. I got my food and it was good. The waitress was good, so I tipped her well. Then I looked on my bill and was charged the tip twice. I called, and they said they didn't show it twice, but it took out of my account twice. I guess I'll be using cash only.Food: 4/5

Very poor reception. Very few servers available. Three people at the door. Very curt and insensitive. Poor dress. One smelled cigarette smoke. Ate in bar and the bar tender provided good service. Only good service we had. Food was good.

My steak was overcooked and the wait staff were in an obvious disagreement that made it a little uncomfortable. Purchased Parmesan shrimp & sirloin, white cheese dip & chips and a kid's meal cheeseburger & fries. Food was good and kid liked the hamburger. Bartender is amazing!Food: 4/5

After ordering a 95$ order on the website and selecting the curbside option, we arrived at applebees and ended up waiting for almost an hour to even have anyone talk to us; The restaurant wasnt even very busy. However doordashers and mobile orders had a line almost out the door. Eventually we got our meal, just for 3 seperate items to be missing. Will not be ordering again.

Don’t bother doing takeout. You’ll stand there for 10mins plus. while 7 employees continue to walk by you not even acknowledging you. Then when you’ll get your food it’ll be cold bc not one person could take a second to help you. And it wasn’t even busy. Young employees need to be more polite and not so snappy when they finally get to helping you after standing there for 5 mins.

Ordered car side to go. Ordered pasta, wings, mozzarella sticks, and ribs with onion rings. Wings were cold in the middle as well as the mozzarella sticks and roll. Also asked for utensils and didn’t receive them nor did we receive the onion rings. Called and talked to the manager and wanted me to drive back in this snowy weather, so she offered a refund. But to top it off, after getting off the phone and started to eat the pasta which was really the only thing edible…I took two bites and there was a long hair in it. Never again will I go back.

First time at Applebee's in Cheyenne and the wait was worth it. Happy hour prices are definitely worth it. Service was great. Brewtus beer was $3.13. Excellent all aroundFood: 5/5
