Buffalo Wild Wings

Party of 5 tonight. Was seated fast. After 10 min I had to go find someone to serve us. One server said he would be right there. Nope. Had to find another one. Took 20 min to get drinks. Then got our server. Food came out…. Separate. It took 10 min for our party to get all our food, after I went and asked when it was coming. Just watched a couple get up and leave since the guys wife never got her food. And the table behind us got cold food. I’m writing this in real time. Ouch rough night at the BWW

Generally when I order a burger, I prefer it to be accompanied with a bun of some kind. I know, some customers can be quite demanding.

I've heard about others' negative experiences with BWW, but mine was anything but negative. Had a good time. I will say we went for lunch, so it was not as full as dinner. We were seated right away. Waitress took our orders quickly, appetizer and drinks came out quickly. Food came out pretty quickly too. The food was fairly tasty. Overall, a pleasant experience which means I will be back. I'm sorry many others have had poor experiences, but mine just wasn't that way.

We were hoping it would be five stars especially since it was our first time visiting. Not so much, the Chips an dip trio was a big disappointment. We could barely talk across the table to each other due to the loud music blasting from an overhead speaker. What basically saved it from a one star was our server Morgan and the chicken wings were surprisingly really good.

Awful service. Went in Saturday at 2, sat down rather quickly to a table. Waited 15 minutes before deciding the leave because we never even got to order drinks or acknowledged that someone would be right with us. The floor was filthy and they restaurant was only open since 11am. If that is what the floor looked like I can’t imagine the kitchen, kind of happy we left. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

I've been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt for a few years but Every time I eat there they mess up my order. If it's to go or dining in it is the same. When i ask them to make it right, the general manager Chris Keith promises a gift certificate in the mail or makes excuses after excuses yet it is still the same. We won't be eating there ever again and will not ever recommend anyone to do business there. There are plenty other places in town to get amazing wings

Had dinner lastnight and it was a full house. Only had to wait 10 min which was very nice they had tables cleaned quick for turnover. We had Nicko not sure if spelled right guy was awesome. Kept drinks coming and checked multiple times even with multiple tables. Pry the best server working there that we have had in a long time. Also kudos to the cooks on putting out some hot delicious wings. Place has certainly turned in the right direction We frequent BWW often so it's nice getting g great service. Thanks Nicko

For a Friday evening, the bar was only about half full. There were several servers hanging around the front desk and 2 serving the bar side. We sat at one of several tables that had not been cleaned after the last customers. After 15 minutes the bartender, cleaned the table and took our drink orders. Eventually the server took our orders, somebody else brought out the meals, but the server failed to check on us nor did he ask if we needed refills. Not only were the tables dirty the floors were filthy. I gave a 2 because the burgers were pretty good.

Same great service and food as many other BDUBS. No real wow factor but great wings again, bartender was really cool and did great. My experience was so good, I came back on my way back throughRecommended dishesChicken Wings, Traditional Wings

Held on a 20 minute wait at 7:00PM while we watched the dining room empty out. Then, inexplicably, the manager gave the word to release the hounds and start seating. Free tip, superstar: if your kitchen is already struggling, you don’t set them up by seating 9 more tables at once; you tell the hostess to start seating 5 or 10 minutes apart. Then we watch our slammed server take orders all around us while we wait 15 minutes for anybody to say hi to us. I order a beer, my wife orders water. My beer takes another 15 minutes water right away: lesson learned. The manager drops off our appetizer of fried pickles which were absolutely delicious, BTW, but doesn’t notice that we have no plates, napkins, or silverware. Never saw her in the floor again the entire meal. My burger arrives and I’m halfway through eating it before my wife’s wings arrived. I saw this happen at another table, too. What I can’t understand is that if you have a full restaurant and “wings” is in your name, why wouldn’t you be really ahead on wings, of all things? I mean, right? Wings are your thing. Service was friendly, but predictably slow. News flash, people: Restaurants are going out of business all over. You want me to drop $75 on a Thursday night, you better step up your game, or it’ll be game over.
