I've always had great experiences here. If something wasn't up to par, the staff has always made it right for me. I just ask how the kitchen is tonight and the wait staff will be happy to give advice on the menu to make your experience better. One of my favorite places to eat! Great service and food!!!

Food took a long to to come out my chicken was still cold and under cooked server tried to give the best service he could be still was great wouldn't consider going again anytime soon

Was disappointed. When we arrived was told the apperently new prep cook did not do ribs or turkey and we would not be able to order them. So I had the Southwest burger that it literally had grease not dripping but pouring like water out of a faucet. Been throwing up from it. Will never eat there again. For a 15.00 meal consisting of a burger and half baked fries, definitely not worth the money . Wasn't even offered anot her burger or a discount. So long Chili's...

Slowest service ever. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes. There were 6 empty tables. Tables are bused by the waitresses. Manager floats around not wanting to talk to customers. Probably doesn't want to hear the complaints. Told we could use the machine to pay, we had cash and waited another 10 minutes for someone to get our server. Didn't dare tell the server it was my DH bday, it would've been another 40 minutes. This was not our 1st bad experience here.

I would like to give this restaurant minus Five Stars for service. Twice now when going in there within a month's time, we were not greeted, seated or acknowledged. This is an absolutely poor way to do business. With so many good places to eat in town now, this location better get its act together. Fifteen to twenty minutes to be seated when half the restaurant is empty is ridiculous. My family has crossed Chili's off our list of places to eat in Pocatello. The only reason I am putting any star is so I can post this review.
