The staff were wonderful on both phone and in person, they are extremely responsive and polite. I personally went to see Morgan Highfield physiotherapist for my 6 month old. She was great with him and had an amazing attitude towards her job, Unfortunately our car did break down in the parking lot ,but security and the administration assistant Janice Caldwell were kind enough to watch over the vehicle for almost 2 weeks before we were able to find someone to come get the car towed. They definitely deserve a pay raise for the service, patience and kindness they offered in my own personal opinion. All the staff we met that day were 10/10 and left a positive reputation with our family.

This is one of, if not the best, medical care facilities in the province. The building is beautifully bright and modern, and clearly designed to make children feel relaxed and at ease. Instead of dreading get appointments, my daughter gets excited that she can play in the common areas. The physiotherapists we have seen have all been very professional and helpful, dramatically reducing my daughter's pain levels and increasing mobility. There are plenty of bathrooms, which is important in a facility with a lot of children! There is also a nice family room, and a daycare attached.

we booked the appointment with occupational therapist names Lynn at sscy centre. We waited to be seen for 45 mins but she never showed up. Receptionist contacted her manager named Barb. She comes down and instead of assisting us - she had the guts to tell us to rebook the appointment. I took half day off from work and wasted my travel and waiting time there just to be told that they can't help today come back later. Professional like that shouldn't be handling children health. Very poor service

I chose this place a couple years ago for my daughter's assessments and found everyone to be extremely helpful the whole time. Sara Negan is super at her job! Doctor Weibe was extremely understandable and helpful at diagnosis appointments. I recommend here for future generations to come!

Not happy with the out come today was set to have an appointment at 10 for my daughter that been waiting for since she was a few months old getting ready for them to call me tell me it's changed to 1 but I have other children I had a ride set up and a respite worker set up for my 10 am appointment so I called my souports to tell them it got changed to 1 and they are not able to make it so who know how long I am gonna have to wait now for the next appointment time very disappointed ATM

Great facility! Everything is brand new and modern. From the outside, it still look like the old factory but inside it's very modern.

We’ve had the absolute best service from our team here and I cannot say enough about the variety of support this facility can offer. We are truly fortunate
