McDonald's

I am not usually one to write up reviews of places but I have to for companies who do not serve their customers what was asked for in the first place and this qualifies for a review in my books. Word of advice: If a customer orders a DECAF. Can you please give them a decaf and NOT a watered down cup of coffee?? You had me waiting for over 5 minutes for something that was not even HOT, first of all. Also I can tell, believe it or not if my coffee is real decaf or not. I would really, really appreciate it. Thank you!!

Great service. This location does well with their food by industry standard. Eating area is clean. Bathrooms at this location must be a struggle to maintain with the areas clientele. Employee must escort you to washroom door to open it. They used to be able to just buzz you in. When you wish to wash your hands before and after eating needing an escort to the door is a bother. As a customer, you feel like you're bothering the busy employees.

The food was exactly what you would expect from Macdonalds but the environment was extremely unpleasant. Over the course of my meal my friends and I were approached multiple times by people asking for change, cigarettes, and even the food that we were eating. Panhandlers were waiting both inside and around the building for the entire time we were there and I notice the same people there regularly when I pass by, which leads me to believe this is the regular condition of this location and my experience was not unusual. The staff do great work and surely have to deal with a lot, please smile and be kind to them!

Had a good experience dinning in here once, but today I had to use their drive though and ordered me breakfast burrito meal. Burrito was as flat if not flatter than my wallet. as if one burrito had to be split in two to make a meal. Felt cheated. NOT THE BEST WAY TO START A MORNING FOR ANY ONE!!!

Service wass OK, however I was so shock at what I had to pay. I ordered a Big Mac Meal, a. Side Big Mac & I had to pay $16.70. i had the " collect 7 stickers" to get a free coffee. I think that is outrageous...my advice, make sure you have a coupon especially if you have kid!! I called the next just to make sure, I couldn't believe it. Food was not that great. Fries too salty , and the weird thing is I was still hungry, lol
