More like chicken no! Spent $17 on a Heaven sub combo, and they forgot the side smh this was supposed to be chicken cutlet, bacon, mozzarella sticks and fries in it, the bread was stale I'm pretty sure you can see the picture there was barely any of that I threw it out waste of money for $17 I could of made a better sub then this and charge cheaper. Needless to say I kno I won't get my refund back, cause I will never go there again

We tried it again today for lunch. The only item our group enjoyed was "the sophomore" wrap. Otherwise we all did not enjoy our meals. My fries tasted like they were a day old. The chicken was a bit tough. The sauces were good though. The meal honestly tasted like it had been made for a while and was sitting out under a warm lamp for a long time.....

ordered off Uber eats and the fries are totally different than the crispy breaded fries from before. These are cheap frozen thin fries and that are so over cooked they’re crunchy and rock hard. Super disappointed. Usually the chicken nuggets are kinda dry anyways but the fries are delicious so it makes up for it. Complete waste of money. Half the mozzarella sticks also didn’t even have cheese inside. Seems to be a trend of overcooked food.

decent, but overpriced; Whereas the food is good, there really aren't any affordable options minimum order is 6 wings. Honestly don't bother I watched a homeless guy go in with 20$ came out ate the 20$ disappointing order of chicken said, 'This is Garbage' and then proceeded to kick the window on the front door; the glass cracked. Clearly it wasn't good enough in his opinion.

Chicken Joe’s chicken sandwich slaps hard, I haven’t had the sides they didn’t seem appealing at the time just wanted a sandwich. But it’s a juicy sandwich, tastes really incredible. It’s a bit on the pricey side 8-9 bucks for just the sammich but beats the fastfood places for sure lol. Good late night eats spot

The food slaps 10/10 it's absolutely delicious, the staff is always friendly and kind, only thing is my order is never right. I just ordered the dane sub on mealeo, it charged me $1.00 to take off the ranch and sub honey mustard, and then I got home and the thing is slathered in ranch. The time before same thing, tried switching a sauce on a chicken sandwich and I got no sauce instead. The time before we got a mac n cheese bites when we ordered the potato cones. I've seen all the receipts and/or have ordered it on an app so that it is clearly written out, they just do not do changes or substitutions no matter what it written down. Always a surprise at chicken Joe's lolz but like I said it is delicious and I'll keep spinning the wheel, whatchu gunna do for good food

Great food great experience great staff. A must visit spot for someone like me visiting from Mississippi. All I can say is it will take more than one visit to explore the full menu of items. Hopefully I back in the area soon the Senior wrap and the X-Tasy fries were very delicious.

Chicken joes used to have one of the best fries in albany. For whatever reason, they changed to these cheap fries that taste like the ones you buy in the freezer section at the store.
