KFC

I wouldn't bother ordering food from Albany KFC if you ask for a request any requests like to get fresh chips they will not do so as I asked for no salt and fresh chips and got given the chips waiting there going cold with very salting chips and didn't even get three original tender or any napkins as the people there were way to busy talking and not worrying about the service as I waited in line for only two people ahead of me for half hour and no orders on their screen

Don't order chips with more salt!!! I order extra salt because they never put barely any salt and now I've got a bucket full of chips coated in so much salt it's not edible.Food: 1/5

Was in there on the Easter long weekend, it was the most disgusting place I’d ever walk into, 8 of us walk in no one in the place every table had food and rubbish on it, then spoke to the the foul mouth woman behind the counter if she could clean it up and told us she was to busy and no one in there. Then got the worst meal I’ve had from kfc then open my potato and gravy to find a hair in it. Rang them up and they said oh well. People please don’t bother. Ps if you’re going to have people with no teeth and a foul attitude on the front counter you might want to relook your staff.

Only visted albany for a occassion and i go to kfc with my family to receive bad Customer service . Food wasn't cooked well chips was cold waited in line through drive through for 20 mins to get old lettuce and stail chips meat was terrible. And call them up the next day to tell them that the food wasn't good and to see if they can give me a replacement. They said yes at first but when we arrive there he said he could only offer 2 burgers and a large chips when clearly I spent 50.80 on a big meal and then I said look can use give a refund he said no and chuck receipt at me and told us to go. RUDE RUDE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Very tasty chicken thighs, batter was not crispy. Small tasteless bread roll. COLD CHIPS. potato and gravy? Why is this mess still on the menu. It was 26 January when we visited, hard working youngsters were doing their best. KFC can do better.Food: 2/5

Love KFC but we’re so disappointed in a meal box purchased today. 10 pieces of chicken and 6 out of the 10 were either legs or wings. Not good enough KFC !

Came into Albany to do some shopping Thursday night not a regular event. Wife suggested KFC yep have always enjoyed in the past.Never again chicken was that greasy the serviettes and everything in the box was dripping. Chips were soggy and cool not quite cold. The worst KFC I have ever experienced. Roadkill on the way home next time at least won't have to get past the grease

The food was hot yummy and plentiful..service was a little bit slow but that was due to not enough staff I thinkFood: 5/5

Thought we would give them another try after a dismal meal 5 months ago. Still received wrong order, chips cold. Not a happy customer.

It's take away however its served well, quickly and fresh. Good staff and small wait times for ordersFood: 4/5
