KFC

Came into Albany to do some shopping Thursday night not a regular event. Wife suggested KFC yep have always enjoyed in the past.Never again chicken was that greasy the serviettes and everything in the box was dripping. Chips were soggy and cool not quite cold. The worst KFC I have ever experienced. Roadkill on the way home next time at least won't have to get past the grease

Thought we would give them another try after a dismal meal 5 months ago. Still received wrong order, chips cold. Not a happy customer.

Slow to take order. Then lost order. Then got snarly when we asked for our order. Lots of foul language from the kitchen when they couldn't see us behind the screens at the front of the restaurant. We will never go there again.Food: 4/5

Love the hot and spicy original recipe chicken But we came back home finding out that they didn’t put in the chicken nuggets in our order hmmm

I'll start things off by saying that I love fried chicken. Its always tasty. And kfc makes it good, but not great. Service is not the best, but gets you your chicken fresh and warm which is all that matters. Ofc it's not very clean but it is a fast food restaurant after all. Foods good that's all that matters. Cost is ok. Good enough Food: 4/5

Inside is filthy. It should be cleaned every night after close but then next day it's obvious the floors weren't swept or mopped. Gross man. Do better.

It was easy to pre-order on website & pick it up in store ... certainly quicker But still good serviceFood: 5/5

Tastiest dirty bird in town, great staff and hard workers. The bird has decreased in size but still tasty and healthy due to the addition of cabbage in the burgers. Highly recommend this place as their drinks come in sealed bottles or cans!

Very slow service ..alot people walked out n not greeted n not letting people know you will be right with them.. not even I will right with you or have nice day or hello. Very poorly

I ordered a six piece bucket and it was totally fresh. The staff was also very friendly.
