Chick to Sea Fish and Chips

I was impressed with the ease of ordering. I just walked up into the restaurant and placed my order. The cashier said it would take was 10 minutes but it was much less than that. The chips are delicious and the fish is well seasoned and crispy. Well done.

Excellent customer service, piping hot chips and flaky fish burger. I'm so glad I found this place! The person at the till/counter and the woman cooking in the back were both really nice and the till person even checked up on me and my food. Also, my very picky mother loves this place.

It was my first time coming here and it was the best Fish & Chips. Food was so delicious, definitely recommend this place! Never had fish and chips anywhere as good as Chick to Sea fish & chips. Service was awesome as well. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

One of the best places for fish and chips. The batter is really crispy without being greasy and the portions very generous. Made to order so everything is piping hot and ready quickly.

Where do I start with this place? The service is subpar, the prices are insane, and the food isn’t even good. The fish is much too oily and the fries are about as soggy and disgusting as they come. I haven’t even bothered to try the chicken because I highly doubt it will be any better than substandard. I seriously hope all the people saying this place is amazing have never tried anywhere better because they are sorely mistaken. If you are reading reviews to decide whether or not to spend your money here, I’ll save you the trouble, DO NOT. Go anywhere else but here and thank me later.

Fabulous fish and chips! Will definitely return. We lost Salty's in Cloverdale but now that Chick to Sea is here.... WE LOVE this new found restaurant!

Came for lunch and I’ll be back. Some mention cost, it’s average. But it’s good and freshly made. The batter was light and fluffy and crispy. The way fish should be done. The fries are good. The must peas are decent too. I strongly recommend trying this place if you want good fish & chips.

So happy this place opened in Cloverdale. Love the batter & flavour of the fish, especially the halibut. The chips were generous and somehow stayed crispy even on the drive home! Ladies who work there are very kind. Very glad that these small business folks have brought "fish & chips" back to an area that was missing it!

Service was great and so was food. I've never had to pay extra for tartar sauce and coleslaw with my fish and chips. I get maybe paying extra for the coleslaw but why wouldn't tartar sauce come with the fish considering it was $30 for two pieces.
