Chiba Sushi and Presotea Bubble Tea

I ordered 2 drinks as they had a promo for $11 for 2… 1 was the panda milk tea with bubbles and the lychee black tea. She asked if I wanted to add bubbles and I said yes so it should have been 1 extra dollar. 11+ 1 x 1.13 tax = 13.56. She charged me $14.13 and when I asked for the bill she was so confused and just gave me my visa copy from the machine and not the real bill with the charges. This place is a SCAM. Do not go… I don’t even know how their calculations worked. Also as for the bubble tea. The bubbles were not fully cooked, you could still see the white powder in the bubbles. Super disappointed. It was the waitress inside the resto who were making the bbt… definitely not trained to make their bbt. Won’t be coming here again.

Great staff and even great food! Always fresh and has never disappointed me whenever I come back! I ordered the party tray today and so delicious! Please try Snow White roll and Chiba roll

Needed quick place to meet old friends. Ordered 3 large Sapporo and the bill was over $40! I'd add half a star because the server was nice and I don't know if this is standard pricing in Toronto??

worst Japanese restaurant I ever tried in Toronto. I can understand now why they are also selling bubble teas.

Fresh bubble tea staff friendly and quickly!

I went there once with a friend, since it was the closest bubble tea shop near me, we both Ordered the panda Milk tea which was like any other bubble tea shop for 10$. The taste was average but since I'm not very picky with bubble tea it was good. Staff was pretty chill and nice. Would recommend if it's the closest place in your area, it's good for a quick stop for something to drink.

Fresh and tasty

This is the worst presotea/sushi place. Unprofessional, especially please don't ever order food from any delivery app. I attempted to pick up orders from this place, not to say they never make your food on time they are rude to the delivery person. The restaurant is dirty inside I wouldn't trusting those people making food. So please be cautious when ordering from this place, I'd advise you avoid this place. There are tons of butter professional sushi places near by!
