Chianti Italian Restaurant

A little too expensive for the casual decor and a bar place. Good service and food presentation. Best Tiramisu we have ever had. Very good Lobster Ravioli as well. The pesto pasta was under cooked and bland. Vegetarian options: They have a decent selection of vegetarian options.

The best Italian I've had in the region, bar none. Pasta options are stellar, pizza is absurdly good. Strongly recommend a visit here if you're in the area. Prices are reasonable as well, and the wine selection is outstanding! White cloth dining experience on a budget is always nice as well.

Wonderful remolding of restaurant. Inviting atmosphere with owners and staff Oland and Lebor taking great care of us. Delicious food that makes my mouth water. Beer not on tap as of yet BUT cold beef in a frosted glass was delightful. Will definitely go back.

The Caesar Salad was good lite dressing which I prefer. The Veal Piccata was not so much. Veal was very tough there was too much sauce with a goopy consistency. Sauce should be on the liter side. Not true Italian fair and I have eaten foods from great Italian Restaurants … this unfortunately is not it. Sorry.

Perfect food, what I desire all food to look like, fresh and pleasing to the eye. Quaint decor, the music is a little too low key for my taste, I prefer Italian upbeat Rhythm. Need to work on cappuccino, love the food experience and Staff is pleasant. Thank you for a great meal!

It was incredibly slow and one person was working the floor from behind the bar. A single 2 top, plus 2 people at the bar, then me. I stood at the stand to be seated for over 7 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgment. The person bartending/serving did not know how to make a basic dirty martini. The food quality was mediocre. $9 for the serving of Bruschetta Pomodoro is a rip off. $12 for a partial portion of Caesar salad. The linguini was a good value but lukewarm when it was served. I ordered the chicken parm to go for lunch the next day. It was also a good value. And the best dish I ordered. This is from a visit 9/28/22 late evening. I went to give it another chance last night and no one greeted me for over 5 minutes so I left. And was reminded of this experience.

I ordered salmon and it was very dry..definitely wasn't cooked fresh. There was no hostess, and people at the door were waiting 20 minutes to even be talked to. Customers all looked dissatisfied. My waiter was very nice though.. i wish i caught his name.. tall blond young man. I won't be back. I think the only thing keeping this restaurant in business is its next to the event center.

I ate here for dinner with a friend, a rather later in the evening meal. The place was packed, but service was good and the food was excellent. The antipasto tray the meat one was more than enough to share with two people. I wasn't feeling a 100% hungry, so I ordered a personal pizza which was very good and even good cold a few hours later.

The food here is amazing! Me and my friends all shared our bites and nothing we had was bad. The special was a creamy tortellini dish with pesto, another dish was a pesto gnocchi dish with the softest gnocchi I've ever had and mine was a burrata, pistachio, pesto and olive oil pizza that was to die for. Combined with the wonderful service from our server, the stellar dessert and wine selections and the delightful atmosphere, Chianti gets a solid 9.5/10

Food was fantastic! I started with the antipasto - good selection- not overwhelming very tasty. Veal Piccata was tremendous - right seasoning, vegetables were cooked perfectly - so good. Chicken Saltimbocca was really good, pasta was cooked just right - with the garlic butter sauce. Wine list was not vast but great selection. If you know good food….come here and try it - you will not be disappointed!
