The Bistro @ Courtyard Marriott

Nice hotel. The room was not clean. The rug had food on it from a previous customer and the bathroom floor was dirty. Front desk customer service was good but new and not fully trained. The restaurant was excellent. Christy and the guys were great! Homeless people sleeping in front of hotel. That was different. Couldn't get used to that.

I simply cannot express just how amazing the staff and accommodations are here. Natasha and Amber are both always AMAZING, friendly, and very helpful no matter what the need may be! The rooms are always very clean and well kept, even the cleaning crew left a kind note thanking me for my tip I left for them! Never had staff do things such as that and I've traveled a lot! I truly hope Amber and Natasha's superiors give them the recognition they both deserve because I know that level of customer service can be very challenging to maintain in this industry! Thank you again for everything! You all are the absolute best!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel in downtown Everett Washington this past December and it was wonderful! It has a great view of downtown, the waterfront and views of the mountains. It was soo clean and new that I felt that I may have been the first person to stay in that room! The food, beverages and amenities were excellent especially the secure indoor parking garage that easily accesses the lobby and elevators. I have been travelling a great deal over the past 50 years from schools, sports, family and military service and this was by far the clenest and most spacious room that I have ever stayed in. The regular King and queen rooms were larger than any suite I've ever seen! I would like to thank Kiel, Ennis and Natasha for making my stay the best in over 50 years of travelling! You guys should be commended for going above and beyond with a smile!

Great hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. They have a restaurant, and a market incase you need anything during your stay. The parking garage helps with unloading and getting into the hotel with out your stuff getting rained on. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and readily available, even during the Christmas holiday. I'd definitely stay here again if I find myself in Everette again.

We had a mixed experience. Staff were friendly, but when we arrived at 10 pm and our room wasn't ready ?, so we had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes with a tired child. Once we finally got into our room, we had to wait another 15 minutes because there weren't any sheets for the pull out couch. The location is great for exploring downtown Everett. Our suite was nice and clean. The pool was ok, but the hot tub was closed for a health and safety violation. There's a decent gym with treadmills and weights. Walkability: Close to a lot of downtown locations - like the train station, Funko HQ, and lots of restaurants.

Just gross. One of the beds had linen that had not been changed since the last guest, as evidenced by the makeup smears. That's the second time this has happened in the last few months at a Marriott property. Add that to the fact that there wasn't a bar of soap to be found, and I seriously wonder about how clean this place really was. For added enjoyment, someone had removed the shampoo and body wash dispensers from the shower and left a large greasy handprint on the shower wall. Plus stains of unknown origin on curtains, furniture, and walls... Just ish.

Rooms are great and it's in a great location. Everything you want outside your hotel is literally just a couple of blocks walk away. Cafe/bar area is underwhelming so you'll definitely want to take that walk to find entertainment.Rooms: 5/5

Sketchy area outside with homeless smoking crack. Cold showers every morning. This is my fourth night and my room hasn't been cleaned once. My colleague and I have asked every morning if we could have cleaning and fresh sheets and have been told they'd take care of it.

The room me and my fiance where given was dirty and hair in the shower sheets were not changed from last customer!! I was sad because I usually have great things to say about this hotel chain shame on you courtyard Marriott shame you should give me a room comped free for the headache have a good day Rooms: Room was dirty and sheets where used had to go down and change my own sheets!!
