Very cute place, love the decorations and the cosy feel. Got their floral Phoenix Oolong Cheezo and it was pretty good! It's not too sweet which is something I appreciate, the cheese mousse was very tasty and complimented the flavor well! I'll definetly be back to try the rest of their menu!
Interesting experience! I've never felt despised by an employee like that. Just went in earlier this eve and the way he glared and spoke to us made me curious if he hated us, or just people in general... other recent reviews make me think it's the latter. We got the apple tea and blueberry yogurt, they were fine. I hope that young gent starts enjoying his work.
Most time the flavour is stable.. but that day the service and the taste were upsetting. I drove back home quickly so I couldn’t ask refund or remake it.
Terrible service. I ordered a bubble tea at 0650pm may31. I politely asked him that could he remove the ice, sorry that I forgot to mention it. He responded angrily saying “Say it earlier next time”. Angrily remove the ice. Slam the bubble tea on the counter. And threw the straw. Will never visit again, never seen such terrible service attitude before

The freshest tasting bubble tea in Victoria. I watched the employee cut the fresh fruit to order and you can taste the difference! Also, you can actually taste the tea unlike other places that tastes like sugar water. I'll be coming back!
I got the strawberry sorbet tea with cheesecake mousse and it is amazing, really worth the money, full of real strawberries and it's nice and sweet. The cups and lids are really good quality too, very solid, you can tell they care about the details and want to build a quality brand. Also the staff was so nice, will definitely come again.
I went there tonight with my two kids I'm sorry for my review but we did not enjoy it at all maybe we ordered the wrong drinks? I had a matcha drink and my kids had the oreo purple rice drink My matcha drink tasted like water and when I got down to the very bottom of my drink whatever the white stuff was tasted like an old sour taste. My kids took one sip of their oreo drink and had to throw it out because they did not like the taste either they said it tasted like old and sour. We were very sad
The girls tonight were especially nice. My very first time in after moving into the neighbourhood and we're very helpful with my dietary restrictions and both had smiles on their faces. I will definitely be coming back soon! You will not regret your visit here, the tea is 100/10
I tried this place out last night & got the apple jasmine fresh fruit sorbet tea with the cheesecake mousse. Loved it! The creamy texture & slight saltiness of the mousse blends perfectly with the tea! And they use fresh fruits for the tea which is great. The staff made sure to put less sugar in my drink as requested, so my drink wasn’t too sweet. Best part is that they open late so will come back for another late night craving!
