I got over charged for a purchase and employee made me pay the correct price and assured me the refund was out through. It wasn’t so I went back and asked for refund. Was told a manager would meet me at a specific time the next day and he didn’t show. I asked for managers number so I can speak to him directly and they said it wasn’t possible. Was told I had to come back tomorrow and he would be there but I explained I worked past the time he worked and I wouldn’t be able to. I was told there was nothing they can do. I need my refund. I’m doing a formal complaint against this location with head office.

WATER IN FUEL !!!!!!!nI TRIED TO REACH OUT TO CHEVRON FOR SUPPORT, BUT THEY BASCIALLY TOLD ME IM A LIAR AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET WATER FROM THERE PUMPS. BUT MY $3500 INOIVCE FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND THE LITER OF MUD WATER THAT WAS PULLED FROM MY TANK SAYS OTHERWISE. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE OWNER. REFUSED TO HELP ME AT ALL, CLAIMING GOVERMENT REGULATIONS WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO HAVE WATER IN TANKS. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!

The new owners do not run this place like the previous owners did. They have terrible service and do not maintain proper fuel quality. On another note, the parking lot was a disaster yesterday with no snow removal done, leaving Slippery spots everywhere and a liability. Come on new owners, do better.

Family member went to get fuel tonight at the chevron, they went in, prepaid, went back out to pump the gas but the pump wasn’t doing anything. They put the pump back on the hanger and went inside to tell them and they had said the fuel was already dispensed in the vehicle, meanwhile nothing pumped and nothing showed up on the pump and even the fuel gauge was in same position.nnMy family member had requested they authorize the pump or another pump if that one was not working correctly and they refused, also refused returning the money and told my family member to call their bank?nnI could be wrong, but should the money have not been returned if the transaction was considered invalid? Or at the very least asked to go to a different pump and pre authorize the same amount requested?nnVery poor customer service.

Since the new owners toke over castlegar and Trail location it’s no longer the same. The staff is super rude. Unknowable towards any transactions. I went in today got drinks and snacks was over charged I later went to ask for refund the staff said they don’t know how to do it. Get your shit together!! Chevron is not taking this seriously and it’s affecting so many people in small community. Bring back the old owners that knows how’s to run the place!! This place is a disaster now
