I gave these 3 star to the food quality only. The meat was properly cooked and was tasty. Unfortunately both kebab and rice were too cold. Spoons were stained that we didn't like to use, so we told the waitress and she explained that it happens because of the washing machine and sanitizing! That could be the reason but honestly they don't look nice and clean. And last thing is about customer service. The first impression was not nice, I called to reserve and after confirming with 3 people!! We went there but as soon as we entered and told that we had reservation, she said I don't see your name here! I said I talked to these names and finally she said ok, if that lady told you to come then come on in!!! Its not the way you talk to your first time customers in the entrance! I hope you can improve your business!
Fine dining, good ambiance. Large serving size. Bit on pricy side but great flavors. Pleasant service. Would like to go on weekend nights for live music.Food: 5/5
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant . Despite the high Google reviews, I found the food to be cold and of mediocre quality. It's clear that the kitchen needs more care in their preparation rather than just working on food presentation. Additionally, the staff could benefit from additional training in customer service. They were inexperienced and not very helpful. Overall, I was expecting much more from a restaurant with such a high reputation. While the ambiance was pleasant and the menu had potential, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
Absolutely amazing, Samaneh was extremely informative and friendly. I am absolutely blown away with the atmosphere and quality/Quantity of food. I highly recommend this place. Well done Chef Reza and staff. I will definitely come back. You make your community proud.
Awesome night!we ordered lamb chop,Chenjeh and Koobodeh and all were excellent. tea and Baklava aldo very pleasant.The vibe was festive and friendly. Service and Live music were very good.Our host Aynaz was lovely,caring and polite.The price was reasonable as well.Food: 5/5
The ambiance was really nice. Food was awesome. Hostess Samaneh very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place for dinner.
We had an unbeatable experience, the food was spectacular, the live music made us dance and enjoy everything much more, the service was excellent, our waitress Fatima was very friendly and special. 100% recommended
Definitely not a fine dining experience. My niece ordered a $23 burger and it didn’t come with any sides, and the worse part is they put a ketchup bottle on our table. This is unacceptable, even at a non-fine dining restaurant. It should be provided in a small bowl. The presentation for the fish was interesting, as it came with a fishing rod. The rice portion to the meat for other meals is less than other Iranian restaurants. I would have preferred more rice. Also, instead of sangack bread, which was stated in the menu, we were given grocery store packaged tortillas with our starters. Overall if they want to advertise as fine dining, they need to make some changes and also hire more competent staff. We had to flag down our server at least 6 times. We had to clean up our own dishes from the table to make space. Overall not a good experience for the amount we paid.
We had a platter, we really enjoyed the food. However we expected a better service. Fatima was our servant she was friendly but she had to service different tables and that caused a delay in our request. I recommended the place and the food.
Fatima was our server and she was wonderful. She made the experience so easy. The food and decor were also amazing. Chef Reza is a must try!!!
