Nice small family run takeout joint. I saw the full family working to keep up with the lunch rush orders. I don’t think there is much seating space. I loved the Koobideh. Very well marinated and juicy. They have a lot of variety, which is better than other take out joints. The portions are not too large, but the family pack is definitely value for money. Will try that next time. It looks like prices were increased recently, which is understandable to keep up the good quality.

Hidden gem in Richmond hills near oak ridges. We ordered the family platter. Chicken Leg kabob and Koubedh kabobs were amazing. The place is carry out only but do try it if you’re in the area.

When you’re craving meaty, juicy and tender good quality Persian kabobs, this is the spot. Substantially cheaper prices than the competitors in Richmond hill area, and bigger portions and chunks of meat. It’s always packed in here for a good reason, very popular spot guaranteed to be fresh.

Food was fine. We've all had better, but it hit the spot and was yummy. The portions aren't massive, but they gave me extra rice. I would give it 5 starts if everything was stewed an hour longer to really soften the meat, and seasoned a little bit more. Also iceberg lettuce isn't salad, would be awesome to have salad shirazi as a side. For the price it is reasonable. Could be a good idea to have some vegetarian options too!

Portions could be a little bigger. Especially when it comes to chicken skewers. Otherwise, always a great experience. The food quality is great. At least items I have ordered. Also great and easy when I have gatherings. One of the best Koobideh in the area my fav from this restaurant, and super friendly crew including chefs. Wish there was a better menu available online, maybe they could start a website?

We got khoreshte Bademjan and sabozy polo with Mahi with Uber eat.The quality of stew was very bad simply made of meat tomatoes juice and 1 eggplant. There was no salt and pepper on fish . Packaging was very bad and was not sealed properly and oil and greasy stew was in all the place inside of the package.

We ordered an Ubereats delivery for an early dinner today. The food was not fresh. We requested delivery early afternoon and the food tasted like it was leftover from the night before. We were not impressed.

The worst experience of Iranian food I have ever had !I am wondering who is the cook as a very unexperienced , unprofessional individual can make a way better Persian meal in compare of what I had today,Lamb chop chewy raw with an awful look and disaster texture ,meanwhile The rice mixed with dill was cooked with dry herbs which tasted like an medical herbal medication,don’t even wast one dollar in these weird Persian restaurant!! Shame

I just spent $15.00 on the worst shawarma I have ever eaten. The chicken was dry that I almost chocked. The Pita fell apart which means it wasn't fresh. To top it all off the portion was a complete joke. A complete rip off. I am so angry!! Never again will I walk into this place. Absolutely terrible!
