Chaussures Yellow

When I entered the store, I was the only customer there. I was never greeted by the young man at the cash. I was there looking at different types of shoes, ready to spend over $100... when hr finally came over, I had 3 different shoes in my hand that I was interested in. I asked if they had half sizes. He said they had no half sizes in any of their shoes as he took them out of my hands and put them back on the shelf, walked away and went to serve a 2nd customer that had walked in. He never offered me to try a larger size, never even remotely tried to be helpful. I overhead the other customer say, "fine, I guess I'll try walmart ". Certainly hope the young man doesn't work on commission, because, with that type of service, he'll never make any money!!

Good selection and great service. Only one person working but she was very attentive and efficient and we didn't have to wait long.

Fairly good selection. Prices: high Quality: boots lasted one winter and the seams are coming apart. We just bought a new pair, nothing special, Yellow brand, for $120 - and we were told that the return policy is 15 days ?! and only if the boots ARE NOT WORN OUTSIDE ?! How is someone supposed to know if they're comfortable if she only wears them... at home? Online shopping next time. Local businesses are my priority but this one is not worth it. Oh and the only sales person was on her phone half the time we were there.

Worst place!!!!! Dnt go there. No respect for the clients. The old man was on the phone rather than helping the client. I waited for 15 mins and he pretended like i was never there. Deserves 0 stars. Terrible.

Got to the store 10 mins before closing and was told were closed, well we close in 5 mins. Too bad i was going to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my kids i guess they dont mind missing out on sales.

Good quality price - for kids.
