The first time i went to this store was about a year ago. I needed leather shoes to work in all day. I first took a pair and later (same day) came back to exchange it for a more expensive one. I asked for a size 8 and as i had to run to work, i just tryed them on without checking the size on the shoes. I later realized they were 8 1/2, but couldn't exchange them as i had worn them that day. I took a chance this year and went again, cuz leather shoes are rare. I exposed my needs clearly and they sold me shoes they said were leather, not cheap, wich i found out online weren't leather at all. They don't listen to people and on top of that they lie. I'm just never going back there, not even to argue for my money back. Pointless. Sad i have to give a star to write this.

the people at bari shoes are pleasant and give great deals . The boots in winter are great variety and the prices are reasonable .
