Halloween Mania

I’ve been coming to Halloween mania for the past 7 years and the service is always excellent! extremely satisfied with the sales transaction and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! They have lots of costumes to choose from at reasonable prices. Although, if you are not willing to spend give and take 50$ for a costume they also have a liquidation section witch contains multiple costumes and accessories at low prices. In addition, im extremely impressed with the haunted house Very well done with lots of props and decorations and it’s completely FREE !!! It's very evident that this company cares and values their business.

I went there looking for costumes for my twins. One would be a prisoner and the other a cop. The prisoner costume I found at 20$ the only cop costumes left were 44$ !!! And cheaply made. And with their no refund no exchange policy I was debating but took the one with the missing holster hoping to get a better price. When I asked a sales rep how much the discount would be she answered me : " I dont get you, what are you trying to say..." I said is there a manager I can speak to she sent me to the cash. I asked the manager he said 4$ off I said ah its ok forget it, he answers back: well that's on you then.. On me?? I should have left the prisoner suit their too because I later found the same exact thing and the cop suit for 20$each at walmart. Customer service 0% items in store okay but party expert should be better and know for a fact their customer service is 100% better

Lots of choice and ideas. Great collection of accessories. Had a hard time finding a costume that fit my son, ended up buying just the accessories which seemed a little expensive.

The selection of products is unique in that its everything you get in a pop-up Halloween store, but all year long! Prices are around the average for costumes and accessories and the staff is always eager to help you navigate the huge store!

Lots of costumes! The staff was friendly though they did make the mistake of saying the costume I needed was out of stock when it wasn't. Luckily I found the last one on my own. The music was really pumped loud, and it was crowded so it gave me a headache. That said I was happy with the sheer amount of costumes available. They even had some complex ones going for $250 like a giant poofy Cinderella dress or storm trooper outfit. I would definitely go back again, maybe on a weekday to avoid the crowds. Some of the costumes were super offensive though. One of the staff was wearing a hat with the lock of curled hair on either side like an Orthodox Jew. 100% that guy didn't intend for it to be rude, he just wasn't thinking about how it can come across. Like I'm pretty sure it's offensive to wear someone's faith as a funny costume. The owner may want to read up on which types of costumes could be seen as racially insensitive so they won't be restocked next year.

When they have the costumes you need it's a great place to go but sometimes they don't always get the costumes in on time so you end up having to shop somewhere else!

Got my little girl a wonder woman custome. Can't wait for her to wear it. Great customer service and open all year long.

not what it used to be. they think every shopper is stealing. place looks like they are shutting down. the employees seem to not know what they are doing.
