Fully loaded tool shop! They got everything you need and the service is pretty good. The guys know what they're talking about... even if you don't.
Took my Paslode nail gun in for repair on November 29, 2019. Was told that someone would call me with an estimate. Three weeks later, no call. When I called again, I was told that they were very busy and that someone would call me back. Again, no call back. January 10, 2020, I call again and was told that parts had been ordered and should arrive in about ten days. Call again week of Jan 27th. Told that the nail gun would be ready by friday. No call back. I call on friday and finally....the nail gun is ready. ONLY TWO MONTHS since I brought it in for repairs. Consider this a bad review. Poor customer service, in fact no service at all! Two months waiting for a repair is too much. Do not recommend this place, advise all contractors not to go to this store. On a final note, the young woman at the repair counter was friendly and courteous. Update: Owner replied to my comments, said I had been informed of the long delay ex. 3 weeks or more when I brought my nail gun in. Absolutely false! Never would have accepted a delay like this. Unusual that the owner who I never dealt with appears to know what I was told. One star is generous. BEWARE!

Ok place.. nothing has a price tag so you have to ask a price for everything.. I can't stand that! But a knowledgeable staff.
