Called in a couple of days earlier to ask how much a color and cut would be, the person told me $135. I thought that was pretty reasonable but after my hair appointment was complete I was charged $180. I explained to the person at the desk that I had called in for prices and now I’m being charged extra. Her explanation was that whoever I spoke to was incorrect. That’s not my problem! I’ve been a customer for the last 5 years and will definitely not return. Besides the extra charge I didn’t get what I wanted. Avoid this place.

Pam at this location is well-informed on their hair care lines and outstandingly helpful. She listened to what I was looking for, found it and something else that was even better, and did not try to upsell me. Give this lady a raise, Beacon Hill Chatters!!

Worst place to go! DO NOT GO FOR YOU HAIR CUT OR COLOR! They don't treat all customers equally. If you you are new customer they send u to new stylist. I went for hair color, I asked for burgundy balayage and it turned into a disaster. My hair color looks like ashy orange blonde highlights that has been faded and washed away from months. My hair color is no where close to burgundy balayage. On top I paid 210$ with tip and service for them to do this crappy job. I waisted my money and was very upset for ruining my hair. In addition, a month ago my husband went for hair cut and he had the same lady. His hair cut was disaster and he was unhappy how he looked. I really discourage for those who wants go or planning. Very horrible and bad experience.

Very bad experience. I went to get hair color with highlights.i checked for the price over the phone and was told that it will cost me $120. Starting with the hair color I opted for dark brown base color with brown highlights to compliment. After completing the stylist told me that after 4-5 wash the highlights will loose it's color and will turn into very light brown more like blonde as she had user toner . I was not happy and told her that I don't want it to turn blonde as it will not go with my skin tone. She said she can make it darker but would have to apply toner to get my color. I said yes for it. Her attitude became rude and brought a can with some color and applied on my hair. I even said sorry not to be a difficult customer. But she didn't bother. Anyway all highlights were gone and when I reached at the payment counter I was invoiced for $164. I asked that I was quoted $120. Then she recoiled that she had to use toner and color twice that why I am being charged. I felt cheated as I was not satisfied with service plus without even informing me in advance I was overcharged. Very very bad experience. Being a service industry I was not satisfied and even overcharged.
