Best spa to go to in Edmonton/surrounding area! Friendliest staff and they do a great job! I’ve had facials, massages, steam, manicures and pedicures plenty of times at this location and the quality is always the highest and very consistent. The spa packages are also great and very fair priced! Took my niece and my partner there for a birthday and we had the best time! Highly recommend this place.

My first time visiting Azia, booked a last minute appointment for a lash lift and brow lamination. Staff were very friendly and got me in with short notice. Although the lashes looked great immediately afterwards, they have started to lose curl already. It’s only been an hour since my appointment, and my middle and outer-corner lashes have lost most of their curl. They did a great job on my eyebrows, so I hope they last longer than the eyelashes did.

first time ever going to a spa as a guy, and I loved the experience. I just went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and they did an amazing job. The atmosphere was so peaceful and nice, super comfortable as well. The staff are super friendly and really skilled. I was very specific how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and the employee listened to me and did a perfect job. Highly recommend this place. I believe the lady that did my brows was Felicia if im not mistaken

I’ve been going to Azia consistently for 5 years, I’ve ove looked their constant booking wrong appointments and constantly trying to rebook appointments I’ve already booked weeks in advance after today I will not be returning. I’m not sure what her name was who did my lashes but it was the farthest thing from “relaxing” she lifted my eye lid when she brushed my lashes, scrapped my eye lids with the brush, her tweezers would catch my eye before they got to my lashes multiple times. I let the younger girl at the front desk know, she was completely unfazed said thanks for letting her know. In the past they were so good about handling issues. The complete lack of concern from the girl at the desk was the final straw. Not sure if there was a management change or what. But the last 4-5 months they have gone drastically down hill.

Went for a couples massage and pedicure. Massage was amazing but pedicures were awful. I would not go back here for a pedicure. We had two Asian ladies and the old one was rude and unprofessional - insulting my skin and just healed broken toe. When I asked her to stop she wouldn’t stop the rude comments. I would recommend going else where for a pedicure- it would probably be cheaper and better. I wish I could have got my money back for that part.

This was my first time here as I was looking for a new place to go to for pedicures. I booked in the day of and got booked with Julia. She did an amazing job and really took the time to make my feet look brand new. There was a slight hiccup because I wanted regular white nail polish and she said they were all out so I could either choose shellac extra $15 or a different colour. I opted for shellac because I wanted white. The owner came over and asked why I switched to gel instead, in which I explained to her the reasoning and she went to go hunting for the regular white polish. I was already almost finished so she gave me a discount instead and a referral card. Excellent management super friendly business - I’m certain it was just an honest mistake so I will definitely be back because the service and quality was great : thank you Julia and Halina!

The staff is absolutely wonderful and great at their jobs but the owner has issues. I bought and paid for a package of three microdermabrasion sessions and nothing else. ONLY the microdermabrasion sessions. On my third and last one, I go in for my appointment and have the misfortune of having to deal with the owner. She confirms that I'm there for my microdermabrasion AND facial. I say no, I never booked a facial, just the microdermabrasion. She doesn't say anything. Thought it was just a misunderstanding but then the lady comes out to take me to the room and the owner practically yells out, oh she changed her mind, she doesn't want the facial. Like who does that? And for what reason? Because you are having a bad life??! Very immature. Why are you accusing me of something I never did and trying to make it sound like I'm the bad customer? So then the technician turns to me and says oh how come you don't want your facial today? Because I never booked it in the first place!! I was beyond livid and disgusted at this point but figured I'd already paid so I might as well go ahead with it. It's a shame really because I liked going there until that happened. Beware, the owner is a head case.

I have been going to this azia biannually for years for my spa needs. i have had all kinds of service from mani pedi massage facial waxing. It is always a pleasant experience. This last weekend I had the pleasure of booking a spa day with my bestie and holy we were both so relaxed afterwards. The massage service was incredible! The both of us felt refreshed and taken care of through our entire visit. thank you so much to the 4 ladies who worked so hard to make our day amazing! And as always, i will be back! My friend loved the services so much she had to book another spa day in the near future! So happy to share their wonderful service. She was absolutely amazed by everyones hard work and professionalism.

I generally prefer home-based nail techs, but while trying repeatedly to make an appt with one, and normal issues arising, I was recommended to 'just go here so I could at least get a fill and not lose the nails'. I made a random same day appointment with a woman named Sarah, and now come here faithfully! It's a very pretty salon setup and Sarah is AMAZING, she can do anything and I have zero lifting even after a month. 10/10

I had an awful experience in this salon.They are extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Its a zero star for this salon from my side. I booked an appointment for 11am for my lashes. It was my first time in their salon. It took me 5-7 minutes to find the salon because google was showing me wrong location. I was in the salon near 11:05 am. Here they gave me some papers to sign.After that the lady keeps telling me i will try to give as much as i can in 1 hour as the lash process is for 1 hour and 15 minutes. She keeps telling me i will not spend even a extra minute after 1 hour on your lashes as you are late for just 5 minutes ?? She didn't knew that customer is always a priority? She was wanting full amount of money for a half done service? And she was telling me this continuously until i came out of the salon. I was so disappointed as i was going on vacation and done the appointment week ago. I walked out of the salon. And they don't even care when i was going out. They was expecting full amount of 85 bucks for the half done service. They should get some knowledge how to do customer service if they really wanna run the salon better. Please don't go to this salon if you wanna save your TIME and MONEY. I don't recommend this salon. Please stay away!
