Chatime Express

Bakery selection is great, parking available, and quick/friendly service… yes please! My go to spot for bubble tea in the area. I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes. Drinks are made perfectly every time.

Interesting little bakery...yummy mix of Asian and traditional European bakery flavours. Something for everyone. Not for the frugal, but a great place for something new. Try the tofu cheesecakes...so many flavours.

Cute bubble tea shop with bakery & other treats. Love the option to have oat milk instead. Fast & friendly service; I’ll be back for my usual order.

Got the roasted milk tea to go and liking the new cups plus got the purple envelope to celebrate lunar new years! Inside the envelope was a buy one get one $0.88.

Their baked goods are addictive. Always find myself coming back for more. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. They aren't my first choice for bubble tea in the area but definitely my go to for their treats and cakes.

I like how they got paper cups instead of paper straws, big brain play. Don't put paper on your desserts because idiots like me just eat it without realizing.

Bubble tea is consistent with the chatime standard, I find the pastries to be overpriced for the size, but they're good. This location usually has a bit of a line up due to the size of the store and it is a little cramped.

They got messed up with Uber eats buy 1 get 1 free. The male store staff states they only received 1 order. I told them this is a buy 1 get 1 free promotion. They then saw the promotion on Uber eats app but still insists only 1 order is received and wanted me contact Uber eats. The girls staffs who work there are very nice as they looked into the problem and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, the male turned their ideas down and made himself like a boss and accuse customer. The whole point is to have that promotion otherwise why would someone order Chatime when there are tons other better bubble tea options available? The cost of making a cup of bubble tea is not even greater than me contact Uber and have it delivered plus service fee plus tips. It also adds up the non needed pollution. Why would a store staff make others so much troublesome? Chatime already ranks low in bubble tea chain already, why don't you improve yourself with a better customer service?

I usually love Chatime, but didn’t care for this location. The other locations allow me to use cash if anything - this location doesn’t. Also the other locations make my drink with ice in it and then take out the ice too so keep it cold if I ask for no ice - this location doesn’t do the same so your drink is room temperature.

Great bustling place..yummy pastries and dessert...bubble tea yum...as little expensive
