Chatime Atealier

Like their different bubble tea options. Their customer service is great and the cups they use are great quality I re use them. Only their price is a bit high, you wouldn’t spend so much on a tea everyday if you’re at work.

Normally the tea is pretty good altho I prefer the normal chatime shops but today I got a brown sugar creme brûlée and the tapioca was so hard it wasn’t chewable not sure if the batch wasn’t cooked thoroughly, but I suspect it wasn’t. This is way suckier when we spend more for “fancy tea”

I was wowed with the service I received! I asked many questions and the employee had helpful answers and recommendations for everything. I ended up getting the brown sugar creme brulee milk tea and it was delicious! The golden pearls were a nice surprising change from regular black tapioca pearls. This place definitely makes it feel like I’m drinking “fancy bubble tea”. The only problem is that it’s quite small so there is limited seating and it was hard to find the location due to it being underground and I’m from out the city.

Went there around 3:25. So many menu items are sold out and machines not working. I don't even know why they didn't just close the store for the day then. The staff was very unfriendly and clearly don't want to be there. They even made a wrong drink for one of us. Not going back there again. Chatime should really look into their franchise especially if this is one of their high-end stores.

The drinks themselves are quite good, but the service is unbelievably slow. They need to hire more staff. I went around 2:30pm on a weekday, They were also out of so many of the drinks. They were sold out of the drink I wanted. They were also sold out of the drink the person before me, and the person after me wanted.

Product/Service: 4/5 Being on Ritual is one of the best things about this place. The bubble tea selection is okay, definitely better than average I would say. The espresso is a little too strong for my taste though. The classic milk tea still has my heart. Location: 5/5 Just very happy to have this in our work building. It's a very convenient location for those working in the area. Price: 4/5 Typical prices for bubble tea. Atmosphere: 4/5 Bright and clean to-go shop.

First month had huge lineup, now slightly better. I ordered twice so far, both around 9am where there is no one in front of me. First time ordered Yin&Yang, it is milk tea with double espresso, tasted good. In general, anything with brown colour indicates it has espresso. Second time ordered Blue Sakura, looks pretty and is layered. The staff is very friendly.

Finally, good bubble tea in the Path! Upscale version of Chatime with many new flavours including some very unique milk teas, matcha lattes and fruit based teas. As an added bonus there are many dairy alternatives for vegans and lactose free folks.

Update: don’t even bother to send the email that the owner asked me send, no one replies lol what a joke The girl with the nose piercing was so rude the whole time, and forgot to put pearl in my drink, then didn’t even wipe the cup, the cup was so sticky and I asked her to please wipe the cup and she just throw me some napkins. She looked so unhappy the whole time but she didn’t have to pass it to the customers. Hiire someone that has basic respect to customer!!

The tea is good but I was given two peanut butter cookies instead of the salted egg yolk cookies I paid for. The packaging is unmarked and I didn't realize this until I took them home and bit into one. This is very dangerous as many of my friends have severe peanut allergies. It's also hugely disappointing for me having spent almost $8 on them before taxes.
