Clean professional staff and atmosphere. Large winery ran well. The wines are good, consistent and inexpensive relive to the good quality. Wines tend to lean toward the sweet side is if that is your jam this is your place.

We had a great time sampling the wine. John was very informative about the different wines we selected to try. They had more reds than usual this year on hand as the crop was better than previous years.

One word: Pretentious. Our wine tasting girl was really cute, kind, and knowledgable. But the atmosphere was stuck up. Even in OFF season with hardly anyone there. My husband said... "Advice to managers: Stop acting like everyone who walks in the door should be a millionaire." Very sad as we were expecting a way better experience. The wine and atmosphere is better at Black Star Farms 👌

Take the time to visit château winery some of the best wine on the peninsula. Buy it take it home and enjoy.
