If you try to order something NEXT DAY AIR.... you will not receive it next day. So deceiving. 24-48 business hours to process an order, THEN they will ship. Five minutes after ordering I read this on my order confirmation, and I tried to cancel. Four hours later, I was told they can't cancel my order. Horrible customer service.
Edit.... I did receive this item, but well after I intended to receive it. In all fairness to Lids....they did refund me for this entire purchase. I would have rather had my item in a timely manner, but in the end, they did try to fix the problem, and I Thank them for that!
