Fox Grand Traverse

I have purchased my used Ford Flex from here and they were so helpful and kind, not pushy! I now get my oil changed there and the service is always fast and friendly. It has almost been 2 years of continuous service with Fox.

Traded in a car that quiet literally was falling apart... 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and drove off with a wonderful 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.. I can't thank these guys enough for having the ability to filter out from 40+ used vehicles down to 4 that I was comfortable with.. they worked fast and had it washed and ready to go with a full tank of fuel before I signed off. THANK YOU!! I can properly drive my son around safely now😊👍

We have purchased a couple of vehicles from Fox Grand Traverse in the past and have been satisfied. However, we were there a week ago and my husband was very interested in a used truck on the lot but he had questions about the 4WD making a noise. The salesman said he would have it checked out and get back with us the next day. Well, it's been a week and not one phone call or email. Very disappointed. We're looking elsewhere.

There was no pressure whatsoever to purchase. I had misgivings about the vehicle due to a weird, stuttering start the first time we started the car, and Kristin was very supportive of making sure all of my fears were alleviated without making me feel like I had to commit to buying it. I also LOVED being able to take the vehicle home, and got to do so without feeling like taking it home was my commitment to purchase. All in all, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, which to me is more professional than pushy sales, as it says to me that you have confidence in your vehicles and their ability to sell themselves without bullying me into it.

Probably the worst dealership in TC. Over the years I have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from this dealership. After many issues and having to beg a salesman to return a call to make a sale. I have since worked with dealerships in GR. Loyalty means nothing to this dealership.
