We bought a used car in August 2017. The price was fair (on the high side but the inventory in Montreal was small) and the seller (Michel Villemaire) did a good job but service was fair to poor throughout: - We had to sit through an excruciating 45 minutes with Dominic Levasseur as he tried to sell us everything in the book, even after we repeatedly told him we were not interested. - They lost the inspection report so we had to bring the car back for them to do it again. We hardly got an excuse in the process. - Despite their claims that the tank would be full by delivery, it was only filled at about 70%. - We mentioned some qualms before the second inspection, they told us they would look at them but nothing was done (doors do not lock by pressing on the handle). The wiper blades were bad when we got the car the first time but changed after the second inspection. - We didn't get any information on the first maintenance steps that will need to be done in a few months. I wrote a lengthy email to the director, Denis Archambault, detailing these issues but never got as much as an acknowledgment. The car is good so the essential is preserved but I would unfortunately have to find another place for maintenance. As an upside, this motivates me to keep the car for as long as possible to avoid having to go through this experience again.

Always had very good service dealing with Alix Toyota! Bought back my rented car with them and everything went great; also did everything in order to get me the best rates.
