Chase Bank

I've been a customer at this branch for years. Like every company, not everyone is always perfect, but this is still the best branch I've been to and the only bank i haven't had any problems with. If I make an accounting mistake, they work with me and have even waved fees when able to, just to be nice.

The best branch around for sure! Managers are just perfect combination of knowledge, customer service and friendship! Love this bank and branch👍

dont know why chase has a 2.2 rating but i rate 5 star extremely nice people very helpful and very kind

I walk in to open an account and BOTH tellers are helping one person who's just telling her sob story, one banker is actually busy while the other is sitting on his phone ignoring the line...the manager sitting in his cozy office also on his phone, gazing out the window....no greeting, no be right w you, no acknowledgement no apology Absolutely NO effort or f*cks given.... NOTHING. Way to provide customer service....

Apparently they have a corporate policy against making change for walk-in business. We have several business accounts there and I thought that I could simply break a hundred dollar bill... something that a grocery store cashier will gladly do if they have the bills. CHASE told me that this most simple and basic of banking services was now not available. That's their choice of course but there is clearly no reason for me to do business there.
