Chase Bank

Great service, Came in to check status of credit application for my business and was made aware of the situation quickly and efficiently! Thanks to a friendly banker named Tanya Thompson. She quickly updated me on the status and even contacted the corporate department regarding the application status. Kept me informed and and got us approved in 1 day! Wow. I highly recommend you see this branch for all your banking needs :)

Drive Up Banking is inadequate. After the guy are ahead of me finished his business, I pulled up & sat there for 5 minutes as the teller had her back to me servicing a walk-in customer. I didn't receive the courtesy of a "Welcome to Charge Bank - I will be with you in a moment.". This is my 3rd unpleasant experience at this bank. One more unpleasant incident & I'm changing to a credit union.

The staffs are very nice. They are fast and very friendly. Most of the time it's not crowded and the staff gets to you very quick.

Friendly service. Nice bunch of employees. There's a double drive-through which makes it really convenient. They have lollipops for the kids and coffee for the adults. The ATM outside is convenient, but I kinda wish they had a drive through ATM.

Based on the convenient location, and the reviews posted here, I recently approached this Chase Bank branch looking to open an account. While I can easily accept that they do not want or are simply not equipped to accept Canadian clients, I cannot understand the overt unfriendliness with which I was greeted; I was left with the distinct impression that asking about banking there was somehow distasteful to the two employees I talked to. Given the other reviews posted here, I would hope that this was an anomaly
