Helped my partner gain the child support cash he needed for his 3 children.  They did this even though he had lost his ID and had only a veteran affairs ID to accompany his new DOL issued paper copy. Highly recommended... but inversely, do not visit the Northwest location, they spent a ton of time haggling with management only to tell him no at closing.

Unfortunately, my experience was just horrible with ICU this time. I have been a customer for years. And this time, surprise-surprise, I wanted to reopen my account. The branch supervisor Chris Juchmes was supposed to help and it seemed he did. But not...I applied for a new debit card in December 2016 and he said it would take couple weeks. When it was February 2017 I decided to call and guess what - Chris just forgot to order the debit card for me. I was shocked. I needed to make so many payments and he just forgot?! Are you kidding me?? Well, no more comments.

Staff are short with you. Not great for shared banking, the staff seem annoyed when doing shared banking.

Small bank with Great customer service.
