Chase Bank

The people here have always been polite and efficient for me.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. I was trying to deposit a check and order some personal checks. While I know this is something I can do online I much prefer doing it in person (I have had trouble depositing through an ATM in the past and prefer doing so in the bank). I went into this Chase and the lady behind the counter was very rude, telling me multiple times (in a very condescending way) that I should do it at the ATM or through their app. When I asked to order checks she told me to do it online and that any smart person should be able to figure it out. She told me that they just wanted to "get people in and out as quickly as possible". There wasn't even anybody else in the bank! I was very frustrated and left feeling very unhappy. I will not be returning to this branch of the bank, regardless of how close they are.

Everyone is always SUPER nice to me in there. These negative reviews are either misguided or ridiculous, as I have had nothing but fabulous interactions with everyone in the bank. I often have the same bank-person helping me and we chat and recognize each other. It's a great, homey feeling for such a large company.

I never says anything is not good . This bank staff need to lern how important person wakin in branch mean if they stop walking in it no more jobs. THEY NEED CUSTOMERS WE CAN DO BANKING ANY WERE WE WANT . THIS BRANCH NEED TOTALLY NEW MAKE OVER.

Banker withdrawed from the wrong account and emptied the account. I guess now I need to go back and ask them to fix it. If you work at a bank and see that the withdraw amount is greater than the account balance then let's use some common sense...
