BECU

Becu is awesome and the people at this location are friendly and helpful. For those complaining there's no teller and cant cash checks.....well atm stands for "Automated Teller" and yes you can cash checks at the atm here. In fact, it's easier and faster then waiting in line at other banks. However, I will say a lot of other banks are heading this direction much like the self check out at the grocery store.

Worst place ever. Cant even cash a check there unless you use the atm since they dont have teller services. Would not reccomend this place for anyone to bank at.

Called to inquire about a construction loan. Went through the automated phone menu and ended with a message that the number is no longer in service. Called again and asked to speak with a representative, she didn't seem to know who I can talk to. Gave me a number to the Spokane area department which turned out to be an invalid number. So basically called 3 times about a service that they advertise on their website and reached a dead end each time.

At both becu locations in Spokane they do not have teller services! This means they can't cash checks! What is a bank good for if they can't cash a check that I write to someone? Worthless! This is a joke!. Only it's not funny at all!

I'd never go to a commercia bankl after working with BECU. No fees or charges that the commercial banks charge.
