By far the worst Chase bank in the Waukesha County. Customer service from the over-weight, sloppy looking manager was lousy at best. He had an attitude throughout the transaction (even though he wasn't the teller completing my transaction). Not sure what he was trying to accomplish with his eavesdropping and exploitation of my personal dealings, but it was extremely uncalled-for. You can tell the female tellers get just as irritated as I did with his loudmouth behavior, and lack of knowledge. I believe this guys presumptively failing marriage, excess bodyfat, and sub-par wage contributed to the chip on his shoulder. You'll never see me dealing with this site again, nor will my friends or aquaitences... Lousy, lousy, lousy!

Came here once because the chase I used to use kept having issues and was rude, after one visit it doesn't matter where I am I'll make time to drive here because everyone is so nice and willing to help.♡
