I have been banking with WSB for over 20 years and really appreciate the customer service and loads of other services they offer. Services I have used recently are investments, estate planning, money exchange and day to day banking in person and over the phone. Every encounter is professional. For customers at WSB these services and many more are free and often available on a walk in basis. Just call the branch first and talk to an actual human being on-site! For the life of me I cannot understand why folks continue to bank with Corporate banks. WSB is a pleasure to do business with. Thanks to Luis at the Racine Ave location for being the latest employee to continue this exceptional customer service.
For whatever reason, my debit card is declining charges. I attempted to use it online and it declined. The next day, I attempted to use it at the gas station and it declined. I tried the ATM at the gas station and it declined as well. I went on my mobile app and it says my card is restricted. I have almost $300 available so i dont understand why? And unfortunately Waukesha State Bank does not have any after hours 1-800 number or anyone that can help me figure out what is going on until they open back up on Tuesday! Of course this would happen on Memorial Day weekend... so I have money but I can't touch it. I'm so mad and am going to be switching banks, one that has after hours assistance. Never have a heard of a bank without that service.

Have had the pleasure if working with Mike K on several occasions. Mortgage loansnnHe is diligent and prompt with his responses and goes out of his way to make sure the process is as convenient as possible.
This Branch needs to be Investigated for putting unnecessary unauthorized charges on accounts on The 14th or 15th of each month causing overdrafts and stealing money after bank is closed. There's no 24 Hour hotline to call either with a serious problem such as this.
