I moved from Summit Credit Union to Educators Credit Union. The move was done with COMPLETE EASE. Summit wouldn't hold my DPOA on file. Educators Credit Union has my DPOA document on record and if a transaction needs to occur, will require the identifying information to be shared, as required by law. Went in to pick up my debit card from ECU and I was able to pick which design I wanted and it was done within a few minutes. Everyone was super nice. Even got a welcome email from Gaoyi Yang welcoming me and answering a few questions I had. An email from a real person, not just an automated message from their system. Awesome! Love the round-up savings account linked with the debit account, and the ability to customize your cards! App is pretty simple to navigate as well. Even got a text for more information on a credit card application. Much preferred over phone call!

Good credit union - never had a problem.

I recently worked with Casey to buy my leased vehicle. I had an email approval within an hour; I have to note that it’s been close to a week and still no answer from where I do my main banking. Educators gave me a great interest rate , I was able to purchase an extended warranty etc. the whole experience was wonderful and I was treated as valued member of the credit union. Will look to them in the future!!!

Edit: Their online banking management is substandard.nnI had a fraudulent/unauthorized ACH withdrawal and the service from ECU was subpar. The result so far is lost money on a newly opened business account. Edit: They have also deleted the DocuSign dispute form and some internal messaging and will not give any information to send a certified letter on the topic to management. Rating stands.
