I went to apply for my Health card. I felt like I was interrupting her day and she wanted to get rid of me asap. Jeez!

Such a bad experience, talked to the lady on phone. She was so rude. She should not come to work if she had some issues with her. God help her!

Lost my health card and had an appointment in an hour. They answered the phone in seconds told me to swing by and I had a fix to my problem within 15 min max
